We currently ship within the United States only.

Making your order

Most made-to-order crochet flowers and gifts take 3–5 business days to prepare. Some bouquets take 5–10 days to make, as listed on their product pages. Please check the timeline on your product page before ordering; it takes priority over the general estimate.

Production time and transit time are separate. Choosing faster shipping does not shorten the time needed to make your flowers. For a birthday, celebration, or other specific date, contact info@fleurforever.com before placing your order.

U.S. shipping options

Standard: $6.99; estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Free standard shipping: U.S. orders of $75 or more after discounts, before tax; estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Available options are shown at checkout. Transit times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Packaging

Each order is packed with care so your handmade crochet flowers arrive ready for gifting or display. We use protective packaging and choose recyclable or eco-conscious materials whenever possible.

Shipping addresses

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Fleur Forever is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact info@fleurforever.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you on the next step, which may include a replacement, refund, or carrier claim depending on the situation.
